We are thrilled to introduce you to Clos De Le Tech Winery!
These are Grand Cru caliber Pinot Noirs coming from the Santa Cruz Mountains located in three caves stepped down the hillside to accommodate gravity-flow winemaking. They are very small production and we are captivated with their wines! For this lunch we are featuring a flight of these gorgeous wines, Chef has created entrée specials for pairing and there will be a representative from Clos De Le Tech to meet and answer any of your questions!

Cordant Winery, founded in 2014, is a small winery aiming to produce small production Pinot Noirs and Rhône style wines… only about 3,000 cases in total a year!
Special guest and Cordant Winery Brand Director, Evan Taylor will be with us for the evening as a guide for the wines too!
We are offering a flight of these delicious Central Coast Rhône inspired wines and Chef will have a few featured menu options for pairing with the wines.
