We had such a fabulous time with our last Noria Wine Dinner we are bringing these beautiful wines back by popular demand! And Winemaker Nori Nakamura will be with us to guide us through the wines!
Nori first learned about wine at his Uncle’s Italian restaurant in Tokyo. He then went on to earn his Japan Sommelier Certification. He eventually moved to San Francisco to work as a catering manager at Hotel Nikko, and visited Sonoma & Napa wine countries every weekend for two years. He then enrolled in the viticulture program at UC Davis, where he graduated in 2002. His Noria Wines balance the quiet shift in flavor found in Japanese cuisine.
